Nor have you addressed the issue of why there's no affiliate link in the spam mails that are sent out. Also, the code on those websites is "encrypted" by using javascript. Why else would they hide their code if they weren't spamming?

I received 2 of these spam emails today both different email addresses.
From the Crown Vegas Homepage:

Perhaps a few calls to the "customer service center" by the spammed parties would be appropriate...If at any time a client indicates that he or she no longer wants to receive communications from CrownVegas, or if he or she wishes to change or correct any previously provided information, the client may send an email outlining the request through the Contact Us Form or call the customer service center toll-free at 1-877-271-1722.

I got Crown Vegas spam today from "Patient Department" listing a hotmail return address to someone named Trudy. The links are to aniate.com. No unsubscribe link.
CrownVegas has been around since 2002 and has millions of
satisfied users. Trust me -- you won't be disappointed.
