Why did I deposit money into Bellerock (the gaming club)?

I stopped playing them for a while because they didn't offer xmas or birthday bonuses, I didn't feel like they cared about their players, and their bonuses that get credited to your account (buy 75 get 75 etc..) used to take forever to show up in my account. A month or so I started playing again with them and the bonuses were showing up almost instantly, I was pleasantly surprised, so I again chose them as my number 1 casino to play at........

Today I made a deposit (buy 75 get 75) it is 5 hours later and the bonus still hasn't showed up, I called twice today, the first time to make sure they received it and the second time to ask why it was once again taking them forever to credit my account.

Same bull*hit........"it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours" bla bla bla......I even had an operator say he was going to talk to someone who will manually credit me....nope, never happened.

Why would they go back to their old way of crediting bonuses?

They don't send them to me anymore (I used to get them every thursday in my email, a weekend bonus)......so I called last week and they offered me a bonus that I didn't take, I called again yesterday to see what they had and they offered me the buy 75 get 75, so I took it. If I only knew I would have to wait ALL DAY I would never have deposited with them.

I have, purely by accident, discovered how they determine these offers. Normally, there is only the £75 monthly match, and a few tiddly promotions of the lucky draw or free spins type. This all changed when about three months ago they had a slots tournament with a 2500 top prize, and in withdrawable cash too, not wagerable bonus (I can verify this, I won the 2500).
They received well over 2000 credits worth of deposits from me, probably more. The following month saw some impressive offers, one was £400 for £400. As my action has diminished afterwards, so have the offers. hence it looks like the key is how much players deposit & play the "crap" promos without a deposit bonus.
Advantage players may be able to work this. if a promo offers a ticket in a draw for each 50 credits deposited and wagered, then this can be entered by making a huge deposit, playing it through once for the promotion, and then withdrawing after letting the funds marinate in the account for a while (just so they think you might play some more). This might feed through and cause larger weekend bonuses for a while. Sadly, this is not a strategy that US players should attempt, due mainly to potential withdrawal issues.
RiverBelle now offer an alternative venue for the MG tournaments, having most of the ones that Royal Vegas has.

Well after 6 or so hours of waiting I received the bonus, and yup....down the drain it all went. Big surprise.

If regular bonuses are what you are looking for, I cannot stress again how much Spin Palace comes out on top here. I must be a member of at least 15 different casinos now and i play on all of them from time to time but Spin Palace is my only regular casino. Not only do they give weekly and sometimes even twice weekly bonuses, the bonuses are usually always worth taking. For example, last week i was offered 60 % deposit bonus and the week before 100 % deposit bonus. Some weeks its a cashback bonus, usually to a similar amount and on occasions its a competition bonus but without fail every week Spin Palace comes through in the bonus section. I think this is the only casino im a member of that offers regular GOOD bonuses. Some other casinos offer me regularly but usually for a value of around 10-15 % which to me is not really even worth bothering with.
