The wagering that the member carries out will ONLY count towards cashing out the deposit bonus if up to and including reaching the wagering requirement sum, the member has not 'lost' his own initial deposit-that is to say his balance must never go below 50 (if they have deposited 50) while he is wagering i.e. they are no longer wagering with their own funds, but rather the bonus cash. If the player loses his initial deposit but still has bonus cash in his account, playing with this bonus cash will not count towards the wagering requirement. If the player makes subsequent deposits, then this real cash WILL count towards the wagering requirement.

The second half of this convoluted T & C seems to be saying that all subsequent deposits are still liable to be associated with the original bonus wager requirements. YUK! Stay away.

As I read it, deposit 50 get 50 bonus, begin playing.
As soon as your balance drops below 50, the WR meter stops.

Say you're on 49. And you deposit another 20. The WR meter starts running again, unless you drop below 49 again ?...

Yes, you may be on to something there. But it is not real clear about the subsequent deposits being made while some prior bonus money is still in the account or if they are referring to additional deposits alone.

If the player loses his initial deposit but still has bonus cash in his account, playing with this bonus cash will not count towards the wagering requirement.

The above sentence stands alone. Followed by

If the player makes subsequent deposits, then this real cash WILL count towards the wagering requirement.

Which could be construed either way. Get clarification from the CS please.

I recognize that odd T&C. It's from Casino-For-Me. I understand it to mean that wagering money from your bonus balance does not count towards overall wagering, but wagering your cash balance does count towards overall wagering. If you'd like to confirm, I recommend contacting support.

it's true; i thought it was clear enough.

You get a bonus, with a WR, but the WR only decreases IF when you bet your balance > bonus. If not, then winnings are added to the bonus funds, until you get back to balance > bonus, and then the WR go down again.

It would suck..... but you fail to mention that you can cash out at anytime and i think you only lose the bonus, so it's not so bad.
