I would suggest that bonuses be removed from your so-called marketing campaign: Take a gander at the winning screen shots here, none are from FL, and if they are the players are ashamed to say so.

Your customer support is a joke, even when they try.

Bring back a representative, even if he gets pummled now and then.

Stand up, dammit!

edit: tried to find a rep to PM - in communicado. I'm not beyond thrashing these guys if they don't come clean. I was their only vocal supporter. Loyalty works both ways, speak up or piss off in my game.

Belle rock is not crediting bonus to cash per clear pay. I'm wayyyyy to tired to play these games. What a waste of time, I should have simply deposited to a casino I trusted - jackpot factory.

Meister can you have them update their terms at golden nugget or get them off your list? they seem to suck.

Not to be negative but (if you've seen some of the Jackpot Factory threads) they have been having some real issues with trying to pay people from back in February and they are still not resolved

trust me on this one. It's going on 3 1/2 months...do you think you would ever get your money out? If you won, of course, which I'm sure you would

Simple, right? They, as all, had money tied up when the hit s*it the fan. They can eat it and pay the player, I don't care. I was only talking about FL, and bellerock being stupid. I would trust jpf with my money, easily. Of course any day now, i won't have any in play.

Yes, allslots paid me, so did a few other MG's even en medias rez.

What do you want us to say? Your first post was neither a question nor a statement of fact. Basically just a rant. I suppose I should say, what happened to make you say these things? Is it connected to another post I have not read? Hmm? Shouldnt that be under Casino complaints non bonus/or bonus related?
