Although Big Dollar is not owned by Grand Prive, I understand that it is managed by them and that is an area of concern.
Grand Prive have been in and out of trouble for bad management decisions, erratic communications and questionable conduct rooted in bad promo construction, as a study of the archives here will confirm.
My personal opinion is therefore that it is unwise to risk getting the runaround with them when it comes to payout time when there are casinos that give better and more reliable service.
They just did it again!
This was an "eCogra approved" promotion, but went wrong from the second round onwards, first with the scoreboard breaking down, I told them, but after saying they would get back to me I was totally ignored. Again later I was promised a reply in an hour - this was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting.
In the final 2 days I noticed the scoreboard had broken down AGAIN. I had had it, so didn't bother playing further. At the close they fixed it, and the lower qualifying scores suddenly doubled, leaving players who might have thought they had qualified out in the cold with no time to play further to catch up.
Now the final, the prizes have been arbitarily altered from what was first advertised, which was 1x $50,000 followed by 4x$4000 and then minor prizes.
The only one unchanged was the headline $50,000 and they could hardly change that one at the last minute!
Their support is useless, they never get back to you unless THEY want to speak to you about something. Oddly enough, they took the trouble earlier to phone me to brag about having paid me so fast I had the money in Neteller before I even thought of checking.
