There HAS to be something better than ECOCARD!

These guys dont even work weekends. They take forever to respond to emails and they only work from 2AM to 12NOON EST. A whopping 10 hour day. WOW! What, do they have 3 employees or what? If it has to be ECOCARD or nothing I am seriously considering nothing. Just had to vent a minute.

I would rate C2P a step better than ECO but that aint sayin much. At least they work weekends and you can actually contact them via the phone. My o My what the US has done to the online payment processors.

When you do a bank wire withdrawal from ecocard, they proccess it after 5-6 days. Plus 3-4 days, it is on my bank account in 10 days.

    Yes, there has to be.

    Cool

I was a little confused with EcoCard when I first signed up and filled out the form wrong and I did try to email them but couldn't make sense of the reply. I just redid it...did a withdrawal from a casino and it was there in I think 24 hours or could have been 48..I was surprised. The first time it took about 8 days to hit my bank the second time 7 so it isn't the fastest (or the cheapest) but at least I could get some money out without waiting for 3 months. And, since C2P doesn't deal with U.S. players anymore it is better than nothing! I agree with you though..they are frustrating trying to communicate with

I don't know, I've been using EcoCarrd since first of February. Easy registration. I've had no problem at all with them. Have sent 3 emails and received a response within 3 hours or less, on each.

I receive payments into it, I've deposited at 3 casinos, no problem, and money is in casino account instantly, I have withdrawn from EcoCard into my bank account, 4th business day it's in my checking account.

You request a withdrawal, second business day it is in one of the banks they use (they use numerous banks), and from that bank, it is paid into your bank account second business day, so 4 business days, you have it. At least this has been the way it has worked for me.

EcoCard charges a flat $10 fee for withdrawals, not sure if it's a precentage or flat fee the bank they use charges, but there was a small fee of $20 from them, so my withdrawal cost $30 in total.

On March 27th, EcoCard sent this to it's customers:

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR US LOCATED ECOCARD CUSTOMERS:

    In response to recent publicity about the use of EcoCard for online gambling purposes EcoCard would like to draw its US located customers attention to the Terms of Service they have previously agreed to, and in particular, Section 8 – International Use, which clearly states;

8.1. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside. It is our assumption that international users are signing up for an EcoCard Account only after determining that opening and maintaining an EcoCard Account violates no laws or regulations in their respective country and jurisdiction. If you are an international user, you warrant that you are violating no law or regulation by your use of EcoCard, and you indemnify us for any and all liability that might arise from your use of the Service.

We thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    EcoCard Team
    Our Customer Support working hours:
From Monday to Sunday from 7.00 AM to 4.00 PM GMT

I still use them, with no problems.

I wish I could say the same. They emailed me at 12:05 EST on Friday and I immediately replied but I still havent heard back from them. As for withdrawaing to a bank that didnt work so hot either. After my withdrawal sat there for 3 business days I just deposited to a place that could overnight me a check. Cost me $30 for the overnight delivery but it was worth it. I wont bitch too much becasue beggars can be choosers, I guess.

My EcoCard was hacked a couple months ago, so I needed to reach support quickly. The support limitations quickly became apparent. There is no phone support, no live support, and I was unable to reach email support at first. However, after a switched from my yahoo email to a non-free email, all my emails were answered within 24 hours. Support was hard to reach, but helpful. They compensated me for all the lost funds from a special insurance-type account that I don't recall the name of.

I favor Click2Pay over EcoCard for a variety of reasons. Note that Click2Pay allows existing US players, but does not allow new registrations.

How long does is the wait period when the withdrawal just "sits there" and you still have the option of cancelling it?

Sorry to resurect this dead horse but does anyone know the answer to Tesla's question?

I also have a ECO question. When a merchant credits your account does it automatically appear in your account or does someone from ECO have to credit it?

FWIW I never got a reply from ECO about my question last Friday. I guess they forgot about me. Oh well at least they are good for moving money from casino to casino to sportsbook.
