Your new pre-paid card is similar to your original NETELLER Card, but with the following benefits:
� Re-loadable directly from your NETELLER e-wallet account and in the same currency, therefore saving on foreign exchange fees
� Can be used at over 24 million MasterCard� ATM, point-of-sale retail and internet sites worldwide
� Better pricing than the original NETELLER Card

With all the troubles with neteller latley I'm really surprised to see people here singing the praises of a new card from them.

You have to take things at face value.

The cost of an ATM transaction increased, as Mike pointed out above - but all other fees went down or became free - plus there won't be additional fees for foreign currency conversion.

All in all this card looks better than the old one. That does not mean that Neteller itself is any better, nor is anyone singing its praises. I think they still have a lot to do to restore customer confidence, including settling the accounts of US members.
