I wouldn't call them new, as the've been around at least 6 months.. They had a problem with spam when they first started out. I've heard some good things from players at the casino, nothing bad from players yet.

I would never play at a casino that started off the way 21Magic did...

Spamming was not even the word for what they did.... It was blasting thousands of emails to every possible permutation of email addresses on any server they could find.

I got hundreds of thousands of emails and I know many others who got the same.

THAT is unethical - so not sure what else they might try.

fingers crossed, i am waiting on 1100 from there as we speak. a rather dismal 14 business day estimate for a credit card withdrawal, but at the time it was the only way i could play when i wanted to. and i would have to deposit (and take a 2nd deposit bonus and thus face wr) via c2p or mb to have the ability to withdraw to same, so i passed on that. but i've had problems at places in the past getting money back to my c/c even when i could deposit with it just fine. so time will tell. of course my ass was covered by an affiliate kickback so i was essentially freerolling, but i found playing let it ride with their signup bonus (bj, vp, 3cp, war all excluded) to be a very lucrative approach

rats! they made me print off an email, sign it "confirming" my deposit and scan it, along with scans of id and credit card. i did all that, and then this is like a week later my withdrawal is bounced citing non-receipt of the documents. their email response time is fast though, and so i have just resent them and will be depositing via c2p even if it means taking a weak bonus with wr of 750 on crap games just to withdraw, since it will get me my money in one week instead of three.

in the meantime also i have worked the 1100 up to 1400 playing 10-15 bucks a hand pontoon and let it ride (one sick hand was KKK in the hand, let it ride, i drew 8 and then 8 again, 180 bucks on a total $15 bet, ship it!), so it's a silver lining, plus i been strapped for deposit money so i was fiending to play, and with 1100 there is a large safety net to just play pontoon to break even or come out 50 or 100 up. a few sessions of that and i'm sitting prettier now. now that it's on my mind i should go and fund c2p right now and get this crackin.

i hope this is just a glitch and not the beginning of a slow-pay situation. i'm optimistic though, since the live chat staff and email support are quite informative and helpful. the restricted games and stickiness of the bonus would not make this a preferred place to play in my books, but playtech has a good, fast and fair platform, so the actual gaming there is good. cashouts, i have yet to see, but at least we know they are serious about security
