Just after I uninstalled royal vegas, fortune lounge sent me an email asking why? I replied that I believe players should be made feel as if their "valued" and if a player loses all their money they should be compensated some how. I added, "So, to answer your question as to why I uninstalled I really have no exact reason, just that I am new to online casinos and am weeding out which ones make me feel valued and wanted" Jared quickly replied with an email stating that he understood my reasoning and therefore he gave me $20 towards my platimun play account and $50 free play at 7 sultans. As for royal vegas cause I get confused at which ones I have played at or not, and deposited or not, (I hadn't even deposited yet at royal vegas) (whoops) I was eligble still eligble for the sign up bonus. Well, I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the free money play. I just wanted to let you all know that I was honoured and they responded to my email with respect. More then I can say for some places. There is hope.

That is the way a casino acts when they want loyal players. I too was pleasantly surprised by their service. Yesterday I received an email that they couldn't do an ACH withdrawal for the residual of a cashout I was doing (at Royal Vegas) and would I please edit my withdrawal method. I did and it took them less than 24 hours to have my money in my Eco account. Would I deposit there again..probably..(mainly because I love Thunderstruck and Isis ) the rest well..we shall see
