    Exclamation N.Y. HAS A STATUTE BANNING INTERNET GAMBLING

    Since you live in a State with specific legislation making it illegal to gamble over the internet. I would advise that you do not Gamble over the internet.

    There have been cases in Louisiana, which also has such a law, were citizens have been arrested for gambling online.

    You would definately be breaking the law for Gambling online. This is a different law than the Federal Law, which prohibits banks, etc. from transfering funds to gambling sites.

    But obviously it is up to you,

    however, the DOJ in New York State seems to be hitting this hard and I would certainly not risk it if I lived in New York State.
