how long should it take for a moneygram to get into my ecocard?

This morning I got the receiver details and it was a western union receiver, and i sent it moneygram, I didn't think there was any difference (yes i am a newbie to all this) so I went back and canceled it and got the right receiver for moneygram, and sent that.

So I am just wondering how long this should take to go through?

Ecocard has no phone number for United States.

if you look at ecocards website, they tell you if you send by a certain tiime, you will be credited that day, or the next day if you send it past their cut off time!!

I looked into their frequently asked questions section and found this out.....

"Deposits made through alternative payment methods are usually credited within 1-2 business days; in case of wire transfers it takes up to 2-5 business days for funds to reach us."

I don't understand, why are people telling me it will be here today, if they have it posted as up to 5 days???

I hate living in the United States! When you want to gamble you want to gamble, ya know, not 5 days later....does anyone from another country need a roommate?

NEW QUESTION........

Is Eco card not working today because it's Good Friday??? I deposited way before the cut off time and I am still not credited at almost noon time? I called money gram and they said it went through fine?

edit....now am I going to have to wait until Monday?

I did the same thing. Deposited well before the cutoff today using WU and the money is still not credited. Guess this is not a business day for ecocard. Although, I have deposited before the cutoff time before and it took them a couple of hours past the quoted credit time. Ecocard doesnt appear ready to handle what could be coming to them. Their customer service is a joke.

I don't get it? They don't credit on weekends, but they don't say anything about holidays.

Yes, their customer service sucks...you can only call them if you are from United Kingdom and I have emailed them in the past and they never replied, except for one time when I made a mistake and they didn't get their money

I used their "inhouse" email and they replied the following day. What can we do? Pretty much nothing. They have us by the balls and they know it.

They said on weekends and holidays it takes 24-36 hours for the money to be in your account

bad news.........wont go into casino, I called casino, and their tecnical support is going to look into it within 24 hours.
