Removing Casinos from the Computer
I have a number of casinos on my computer like Captain Cooks, Lucky Nugget, Ruby Fortune etc., but I can't remove them.
I have gone into add and remove and I'm getting error - Could not find INSTALLOG programme. Has anybody any idea how I can get them off my computer. Thanks |

Less simple is to go into the casino folder in program files and see if the uninstall program is there. if it is, execute it directly by clicking on it. Most complex of all is manual removal of the casino folder in "program files". This will remove the casino files, but will leave more traces in the registry than would be left by a proper uninstall. These registry traces can be manually removed, but can also be left there as they will remember your account number in case you ever want to play there again, although US players may think that unlikely for the present.

I also had these problems, sometimes reinstalling and (re)uninstalling didn't help. Just delete the folders and use a program like RegCleaner to delet them from the registrie, or do it manualy (regedit) but for that you should know what you need and what not, as it can screw up your windows ^^

Personally I use Uninstaller pro whch also has a forced removal option for any software that is loitering on your HD.
I also use my antivirus and a great free antispyware, called "superantispyware" appropriately enough, to get rid of all the trackers and stuff the Casinos leave behind. |

Or you can just uninstall it from the control panel without cluttering up your start menu.

I use "your uninstaller". http://www.ursoftware.com/ It allows removal even if the program doesnt have the uninstaller present. It also thoroughly scans the registry and removes all traces of the program.
