    Neteller court date

    With the March 16th next court date fast approaching for the Neteller duo anyone care to make any predictions ? My guess is the charges will be dropped on both but I'm not real sure how this will bear on our $$$ in limbo. I hope the DOJ doesn't decide to confiscate our cash somehow. Any thoughts ?

    Not even the US DOJ would be stupid enough to think they can confiscate the $$$ in limbo... I'm aghast that you can't get at your money. To anyone's knowledge, has anyone torn apart the Neteller T&C's and launched a proper challenge to get their money back yet?
