Tournaments
The nearest to this are the Cryptologic brands. They run tournaments over a wide variety of casino games. Buyins start from a little as $5 and go up to $25, depending on the prize pot offered.
Royal Vegas is Beta testing the Microgaming version of this. If Royal Vegas works on your PC, this is a good bet. Currently, only slot tournaments are available, and these only on Thunderstruck and Tomb Raider, however, they are running quite a number of freerolls, with some decent prizes on offer. This is probably intended to get players interested, as the casino is making a loss on these. The tournaments with a profit margin are mostly ignored by the players
I will soon consider risking the stability of my new PC with Royal Vegas, as the tournaments are all about speed, not strategy. I am wary of installing something on the new machine that constantly crashes the old one.
Many other casinos run wager tournaments, or highest payout prizes, however these are played by using your casino bankroll, rather than a fixed buy-in, and are biased toward the high roller.
