I am trying to withdraw from Intertops.having issues

I am trying to withdraw 1100.00 from Intertops..i filled out the bank wire transfer section, and it says my withdraw has to be between 0 and 0..strange.....i put 1100.00 in the box and nothing...........i am scared to withdraw from click2pay, because it is not the min.1500.00 please help me.......what am i doing wrong??? How do i get me money??? Thanks so much.

you must first transfer chips to the sportsbook and then you will be able to withdraw after 14 days from registration date.
