Are the casino bonuses only issued at the same time as the poker, and you can only play either?

I prefer to play poker but would do BJ if it was a separate bonus.

Not quite sure what you mean but if you are with a sportsbook then you usualy have to earn your bonus by playing either poker or Casino games where you earn points depending on your bet size.Wagers for both poker and Casino bets count. Earn enough points and your bonus is released. Check the T&C's.

They offer $100 bonuses occasionally, but you must do either poker or casino. I prefer poker.

I was asking if you can get a bonus - by entering a code or something - which is purely for the casino.

They do sometimes offer reloads that are for casino games exclusively, but you need to recieve such an offer in your email.
