I had this happen with PaySpark, but then they had an exclusive relationship with MG casinos. Click2Pay is a different matter, they operate for pretty much ALL casinos, and also operate outside of gambling. They are also based in the EU, with the attendant privacy laws.
Not only have Click2Pay acted on information they should not have been passed, they opened an account for a US resident, which flies in the face of their public policy of no longer accepting new US accounts.
Given all the "crap" we have had recently from Click2Pay, this must be rather embarrassing for them, especially since the breakdown in communications caused the recipient of this third party account to believe it a case of ID fraud, with Click2Pay asking the player to call his local POLICE! (who could well have forwarded it to the DoJ
