I'm not sure whether it still works, and whether it is ethic/T&C conform etc, and I never needed to try that.
But if it's extremely important, you might want to send the uploaded money to yourself, to your own email address. After that you might try to deposit again.
I know people for who could deposit such way in the past after funding their account with Mastercard, but that was more than a year ago.
