    Thumbs up Kudos to VIP.com!

Ok..Ok..so I'm not just posting this because I got the following email from them:

    Cynthia,

Thank you for being a member of VIP.com.

Thank you for participating in our game of the week by playing Sunken Treasure. We are happy to inform you that you were one of the ten lucky winners that were awarded a $100 coupon! Each week during the month of February we will be given away $5,000 for playing selected games. Visit our website for further details relating to this promotion.

If you have any questions relating to this promotion please feel free to contact us anytime.

    Regards,

    David

    VIPrewards Team

But earlier last month I had a "slight" discrepancy with them for a delay in posting a GG conversion (GoneGambling site), and was somewhat frustrating, but they finally did come through with an abundance of apologies and their email response time seemed to take a 360 degree turn for the better.

They have certainly redeemed themselves since, in the area of customer service and response time...and, oh yeah, winning the contest helped too! Thank you VIP..

Just wanna give credit where credit is due..as many complaints that are out there and wrongdoings by some casinos, we should give "good" recognition as well!

*Sorry if this seems a bit "spammish"..but it is just experience and opinion, and you guys know me already by now!

You hit all three reels with that one: CS, response time, and a chunk of change. Should be par for the course, no?

    Congrats

    congrats on the win cynthia!

i'm not so impressed with VIP though........they have a lot of helpful people, but I wish they would automate more of their systems.....I've always had to call in or e-mail to get credited with a bonus or a freebie there......they're CS people are good but my experience is that you always have to hold while they get clearance from some higher authority.

they did send me a cool tee-shirt though.......which I needed since I lost my shirt to them.

Glad you like VIP.com, Cynthia. I play there a lot myself. The one who sent you the email, David, has been very helpful to me as well.

Hopefully they won't be leaving the US market anytime soon.

Don't you mean "I'm not 100% impressed..." (per your avatar)?
