    Deposited money, never showed up??

Hi guys, this is the first time I have had to post. I have always deposited money using usemybank to party poker. I have never had any problems gambling online before things had always worked out. Anyways this time I deposited 24$, at the end of the transaction it said error, then gave a list of the possible causes. I then logged onto my online bank and checked my transactions, I was suprised to see the money had been taken out of my account.

I then relogged to party poker to see if it had somehow gone through later. Nope no transaction record for every getting the deposit from party poker, and the funds are out of my bank. Any help would be appreciated. I have also contacted all parties involved, like partypoker, usemybank, and my own bank account. Thanks for any help, Rory

    Hope

A worryingly common error, and one that seems not to "fail safe", as it seems the player has the money deducted and held in limbo rather than having the money removed at the point of success.
It is made worse when you have the parties involved trying to make it the responsibility of one of the others to fix the transaction so it goes through.
I find that this problem rarely resolves itself, there seem to be no safeguard checks in the system that act as a sweeper to look for any such errors. It takes a complaint about the error to get things moving.
It will likely take 3 working days in this case, at which point the funds either get released by the banking system, or the transaction gets pushed through to the poker account. Either way, money is in limbo, hardly a satisfactory standard of service.

I have had this happen a few times, get your transaction numbers and send USEMYBANK as well as the casino emails, this is treated as a email money transfer, now I use CIBC and when I go to online banking it shows my transactions, USEMYBANK on all 3 occasions did not process the transaction and let me go in and cancel the transfer ( it cost me $1.50 each time and they never refunded it), this does take a couple of days so check your email, I think you only have 24 hours to cancel it or something like that, do not worry you will get your money back.
