    Suprised - Grand Hotel Casino

OK, so as most of you know... Grand Hotel Casino gives you $12 free as a bonus without a deposit. I've not tried this type of bonus before, and I was extremely sceptical for a few reasons:

    a) Would I get the bonus?
    b) Will it have insane cashin terms? eg. 100x playthrough
    c) Would it be weighted for me to lose?
    d) If I did win, and did meet the cashin terms, would I actually get paid?

    Here's what happened:

I opened my account, and waited their 12 hour period to credit the $12. No funds arrived. I rang them, and it was promptly credited. I played some Thunderstruck, won a feature/free spins and won $30. Then I played some craps and won another $65. I checked out the cashin terms, which were:

"Players who get the initial bonus of $12 will be able to cash in after reaching an amount of $100, if no purchase was made."

So, with a balance of $105.18, I cashed in $60.00 to my Neteller account.

    Here's the kicker:

    It. Arrived.

I was stunned. The quick solution I received on the phone, the fact they had a working set of software that seemed fair, the fact I won, and then they honoured their terms and payed out my "free" cash was astounding.

I have *never* received such a shock with Online Casino's and Poker Rooms. I play often on 888.com, Pacific Poker, Party Poker, Full Tilt Poker, and Golden Palace. I always steered away from Microgaming, maybe I shouldn't have.

Just wanted to share a good story for a change I guess, a lot on here is negative. But, credit where credit is due.

I'm more accustomed to maybe the max cashin value of a freechip being the value of the chip itself ($12), after wagering a lot.

But hey, the odds of running $12 up to $100 are like 1 in 9, so nice job.

Yup, only fair to post positive threads too.
Of course folk will always look at these threads through a cynical eye because there are as many shill on the internet as there are krill in the ocean.
You sound perectly genuine though so well done, hope you stay lucky.
May I ask what happened to the other $40+

Good job finally discovering MG! I find it the fairest of casinos out there and in fact you can run up a $10 comp to $2300 and successfully cashout!! I know because I have done it

    Well done Pursey!!!

It's a sweet feeling for sure when a casino treats you fairly and honors their commitments.
Intertops gave me a $10 no deposit chip 2 wks. ago and I cashed out $200 after meeting the wagering requirement. It should hit my Neteller account tomorrow.

I kept it to play more Thunderstruck, I quite liked it. I've turned the $45 into $191 so far. I'll probably cashout when I hit $200. But I'll continue to play with GHC.
