    red32 hype

After reading a load of this site, I thought I must try out 32red for sure, playing real money. My plat for fun sessions were really no fun and very boring losing hands- I felt my luck would change in real money play.

I spent 200 GBP (at half a pound a time) there tonight and these are my stats.

    Best hand Full House
    No Flush
    1 Straight

Money making hand (real wins- not your money back)= 4 % ( a two full houses are not that enriching)

    Losing hands 58 %

    Money back= 38 %

One of the most dismal experiences I have had after many years of gambling.

Just to balance all the accolades on this site.

Sorry to hear that you had bad luck.
But, you know what is gambling, do you?!

Few months ago i deposited 32 Euro, got bonus and cashin 1000 Euro
    (Played slots only)

But sometimes i have lost, hundreds Euros in minutes.

    That is gambling.

I hope you have better luck, next time... if you continue

    Amen to that...

Just because 32RED are the best out there, doesn't (sadly!) mean you'll somehow magically win there... You'll find the win/lose statistics pretty much the same as any Microgaming outfit you care to mention - but it's nice to know you'll get treated properly throughout; oh, and that you'll get paid should you cashout!

Good luck - here's hoping you turn the streak around and hit something nice!!

I have played for about 20 years in almost every casino of note in the world. I therefore have a good idea of what casino playing is all about. To be fair, I was contacted by 32red saying that they will check it out and see what is going on- so customer service is good.

I play for fun- not to win. Anyone who plays to win over the long term has no understanding of statistics.

What fun is there though in hundreds of hands that are dead dull and lose 96 % of the time , over an hour?

    totally agree!
My very first session at 32 was a total flop, lost some hundreds in minutes only.
But - and that gives you an idea of what makes the difference - the next day i found an email from Jonny Brand, their head of players marketing, who welcomed me and plain and simple added a 150$ to my account.

Just a couple of pages before on this thread someone had a $20,000.00 win at 32Red on video poker. Everyone has losing sessions!

Well 32red have got top rate management. I received a very nice response from them and they agree, after analysis, that I hit a run which is really atypical and have done something nice about it.

So yes no doubt about it- it is straight up.

    Thank you red32

That is sad to sponge off of their generosity because you had a losing session. What happened to you is NOT unusual. Its pitiful to try to take advantage of good people cause you cant handle a losing session.

Kudos to 32red. They are nice to people even when they shouldnt be.
