6k on American Grand

this isnt exactly a complaint, but it worries me. Some time ago I cleared a bonus at the AGC. Things went perfectly fine and after some blackjack tilt (risking my entire roll several times) I ran it up to 1,1k (300$ bonus for 300$ deposit). So I played through, gambled some of it on Sic Bo and slots. So definitely no chance for a bonus abuse accusation or anything.

Still the cashout took more than 9 days and still didnt get there. They said that it was due to the holidays and stuff, but "everything is fine with the cashout".

So yday I went on LIFE TILT at poker, ending up cash out 1,9k , cancelling the cashout at the AGC, depositing 1,9k at the AGC and put it on black.

Black came, I realized how stupid it was what I just did, took the 6k and cashed out. (Only 2,5k actually, you cant take more in one NETELLER cashout)

So now I have to cash out 3x and wait for a long long time.

Im a smallstakes player and I feel really really sick about having 6k in some RTG group casino.


I heard lots of bad things about the RTG group, and I didnt realize the AGC was one of them.

Do I have to be worried about the cashout? Is there anything I can do to prevent shady things from happening in the first place?
Does AGC have a negative history?

I dont think I can sleep at night for the next days. Certainly not until the first 2,5k are on my NETELLER.

Can anyone tell me something that helps me have a good rest at night?

Yes, AGC is in the Crystalisle/Dolepex group (same group as Crystal Palace, associated with "Oliver Curran", etc.).

While they do have a shady history and make excuses to avoid paying, I believe non-payment issues are rare on the first casino within the group. The problems come when you play at a 2nd casino after receiving a bonus abuser label.

The same goes for Hansel and Gretel - there's one with an evil witch (the one we all know who ends up in an oven) and a rather pleasant one that addresses the wisdom of old women and how they have nourished us with food, warmth and love. I could go on.

well, I have played at powerbet as well (+bonus) , almost at the same time (stupid I know) , but I lost money there and I cancelled the cashout as well and gambled more to make it seem like I want to continue playing.

1) Get the casino's contact numbers.

2) Delete the RTG casino from your computer until the first cashout comes to Neteller.

3) Call them to setup another withdrawal once the first one comes.

Removal of the casino is very important, the last thing you want to do is to lose it back to them.

You can sleep well knowing you won't lose the money back to them.
