Hi All,

My name is Trish Herriman and I'd like to introduce myself as the new Casino Action Manager.

Some of you who are also affiliates may recognise my name as I have been the Affiliate Manager for Casino Profit Share for the past 5 years (Casino Profit Share is the affiliate program for the Casino Action group).

I have been with the Casino Action group for almost 6 years, starting my online gaming career in the call centre and working my way up through the ranks to Affiliate Manager. I have commenced my new position now as Casino Action Manager which gives me a chance to be more hands on with the players in our group.

I am an active forum participant and do read the Casinomeister forum daily (have done for years) to keep up to date on how you all feel about our group and the industry as a whole. In doing this, I hope to be actively communicating with you here and also directly to get to know you all and to understand more about what you are looking for from our group.

In the coming months, you'll see some changes at Casino Action. There will be a new wheel of cash, new competitions and more prizes for our players. Our loyal players will be rewarded with more bonuses, more communication and more understanding when it comes to your needs from our group.

I have successfully re-designed and re-launched the Casino Profit Share affiliate program 4 times over and trust that you will give me a little time to iron out any bugs you might find in Casino Action over the coming few months to get it whipped into shape and ready to grow even further.

Last but not least, please trust in the fact that I do respect all of you and intend to look after each and every player to the best of my ability. If there is a problem, let's work together to fix it.

LOL. I met Trish a couple of times already so she knows what I'm like Oh and she's also in Oz so allow for the time differences but she comes over to the "dark side" with a great reputation from the "darker side"

i had a minor issue with golden reef few days ago, mailed to Trish and it was resolved in less than two hours.
btw: she needed 10 minutes to answer to my mail!!

Unfortunately, Vinoka and Suzy are no longer with the company.

The new Affiliate Manager is Jon Farrell, he commences his role on Monday of next week. Below is a copy of the press release:

"Firstly, welcome to 2007, we wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year!

It is with regret that I must inform you that Rakesh Karan is no longer with CPS. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his efforts with us and wish him well in the future.

On a more positive note we are very excited to take this opportunity to welcome Jon Farrell to CPS as our new Affiliate Manager, commencing on Monday 8th January 2007.

Jon has over 10 years experience in both online and offline gaming , 5 of which were spent with us here at Casino Action as our Player Retention Manager. We are certain that Jon's experience and enthusiasm will bring value to you all as we continue to grow and expand our program in the future.

I’m also excited to announce that both Jon and I will BE ATTENDING the CAP EURO event at the end of this month!

We’re hoping to catch up with as many of you as we can and get our “beer blankets" on as quickly as possible to protect us tropical beings from the cold LOL

We’d love for you to send us a quick email if you’re going to be there and would like some 1-on-1 time with us to meet Jon and enjoy some free drinks .. Also if there is anyone who OWES ME a drink, I will happily accept at that time LOL
