I'm wondering if the email you received applies to Instant Neteller only as I know Neteller impose certain limits and restrictions on both consumer and merchant accounts. My guess is that the $10k limit won't apply with Casino Action if you are using anything other than the Instant Neteller withdrawal method.
    Hi All,

At present the limit is $10k per calendar week across the board (in the t's and c's at each of the casinos).

Having said that, I've initiated a review of this policy, so please allow me a little bit of time to see if there is anything we can do about these limits.

Congrats on your win mile, let me know if there is anything else I can help with

    All the best.

    Confusion

I read T & C for banking and it said 14000 for the weekly withdrawal limit. They seem to be changing though, as it certainly used to be 10K across the board, but at that time my Instant withdrawal limit was 2500 per 24 hours, but recently I had one declined (too big) and the new limit is only 2000.

I am used to the fact that the T & C at one of the casinos is the same as the others, so took this to mean that these applied throughout.
Limits also vary with VIP level.

The comp points take "forever" as the accumulation rate is less than pretty much any other MG casino.

For SLOTS play, the rate is 1 point per $30 wagered.
For VP games and most table games, it is 1 point per $40
For Blackjack and similar games it is 1 point per $70 wagered.
Currently, Vegas Strip and Craps earn no points.

Redemption rates go some way to balance the poor accumulation rates, and become equivalent to most MG casinos at Gold status. Platinum provides one of the best deals for point accumulation and redemption bar the few MG casinos that still offer 1 point per $10 on all Tables and VP games as well as slots.
The best VIP comp points rate is for a VIP at Jackpot Factory playing in the VIP Lounge casino. This is 1 point per $5 wagered on pretty much ALL games except Craps and Roulette (and yes, including, at present, even All Aces VP and Classic BJ) On Mondays, VIP's get 50% more, at 3 points per $10 and 2 points per $10 at all other Jackpot Factory casinos.

Casino Action have also implemented tiered WR on the bonus monies as members advance through the VIP levels, with Platinum at 20x WR, and the rareified heights of Platinum Elite at a mouthwatering 10x on Slots. Table pokers are weighted at 25%, and BJ/VP at 5%.
Perhaps this will also change in the new year, as I believe some changes will be afoot.

There is just one thing about this casino that I am getting a little frustrated over (not really their fault...I guess I should have fully read all and every bit of fine print).

    Cashouts-

I check the OCDB (Simmo!'s) website for casinos that accept "manual flush"/skip reversal period, and this casino is listed under that, as well as reversal period less than 12 hours. As well, it is one of the casinos that offer "Instant Payouts" (of course this is with Neteller, which is unavailable to residents of Maryland- why- I don't know..that is a longstanding issue). I have solely been using debit/credit cards to deposit (not Click2Pay or Instadebit)..it just works better for me.

Thus, the withdrawal payout option available to me other than the aforementioned is via check by postal service. I inquired about ACH/Bank wire, which is usually what I use for withdrawal method, and the casino advised me that this is not yet available, which is fine and understandable. I then asked about check delivery via courier, of which I would be more than happy to pay any connected fees/charges. One rep advised me of the cost and that it would be deducted from the cashin, and subject to prior management approval. Another rep advised me that this is reserved (as well as the manual flush request) for Platinum VIP members (even though I was willing to pay the fees for courier) (Is it really a reserved benefit if there is a cost attached? I could see if it was complimentary (IMO)).

Aside from all of this, right after my withdrawal request, I emailed the casino asking them what verification docs they might need and scanned and emailed it right away, before they even requested it from me (I was being proactive to complete this transaction as smoothly as possible). This occurred Tuesday morning. It is now going on Thursday afternoon, my withdrawal STILL appears in "reversal mode" when I sign into the casino and go to "Bank" (a rep advised me yesterday afternoon that it would come out of pending in 8 hours (which would have been 11:30 pm Wednesday night). The latest email response states that my check would be processed within 24 hours (another day!), and, since courier check is not available, checks could take between 5-10 days (I had another response that it would be 10-15 days).

Everything else about this casino was wonderful (I posted numerous screenshots in the Winner Screenshots thread, from my first deposit), email response time is prompt, but if you do not have Neteller available to you..this is something to keep in mind that a cashout can be a very long process/waiting period.

I just think that if the "Instant Payouts" are available to NEW players (ok..probably have to send docs, but not necessarily "Platinum VIP" members), that those unfortunate residents in the State of Maryland or otherwise in which Neteller is not offered should have the option to pay for courier check delivery, instead of possibly waiting 2-3 weeks. Sigh...

I had a similar experience Cynthia. I used to play at Music Hall and Golden Reef, not alot, but once in a while. Anyway, I was finally lucky enough to cashout 3 or 4 hundred at Music Hall one night. I asked them to flush my cashin, nope...they wouldn't do it. At that time, the pending period was 48 hours, and I had initiated my cashout on a Friday evening. I sent in my documents and they confirmed receipt..but you guessed it, over the course of the weekend, I reversed it back, $50 at a time. First and only time I've done that. Anyway, I uninstalled both casinos and haven't played there since (think it was about 2 years ago). And that taught me a lesson, I NEVER play anywhere that won't flush my cashout when I ask.

    Old system.

These annoyances were available to customers under the old VIP system. Without Neteller and Instant Payments, cashouts can be quite slow.
I am sure the issue regarding to Courier checks and VIP status was to do with charges, with Platinum (and Gold I believe) players not being charged for courier checks, but Silver and Member status players having to pay fees, even for "normal" post!!!!

With Trish now on board, it is well worth bringing up these old gripes to see if they can be got rid of once and for all. I am sure the casinos will do this if it appears to be costing them players not to do so. There should still be room to have increased benefits for higher VIP players, just not the same ones as previously.

I sent Trish a PM with a brief description and to check out my post under this thread. As far as the courier check, I was advised that there was a fee, and even after agreeing to pay the fee (heck, even more than that to get my payment quicker), I was still advised by a couple of their reps. that it is not available to me even if I pay for it. I can certainly understand VIP level members being entitled to special "perks"..but I certainly hope that the courier checks are at least free of charge to the VIPs if this is a benefit.

I did receive the official "Cashin" email from the casino minutes ago. The only thing that would set me off is if they asked me for verification docs after I took the initiative to send them in ahead of time and got the confirmation they were received. (Hopefully the "you may need to submit verification documents..." text was just "routine procedure", that appeared in my cashin email.) It listed a "chart" of withdrawal options and associated fees, regular postal check 'FREE' and courier check $35...but again, subject to manager approval.

    Hi Cynthia,

Thanks for the post and PM, I recieved both just now

I am looking into this for you, I believe that the text pertaining to you sending through documents (that you've already sent through) is in your email as it is an auto-email sent out by the system scripts when it detects cashins by players that have just come out of the 'pending' state. This is providing that the support staff confirmed with you that the documents were received OK.

I am just awaiting confirmation on your cashin, I should receive that within the next hour or so.

Once I have it, you'll be the first to know the status

With regards to old gripes etc, yes, please let me know! It's the only way we can fix things. Send an email off to me at trish@casinoaction.com and I'll look into them and see what can be done.

I am also heading to London at the end of the month for the CAP Euro conference, but once I have returned to office in February I should have a mind full of great new ideas which I can start to work on for you all right away.

I'll be in touch as soon as I have any information on your cashin status.

    Regards
