Any quick & easy tips for the slot suckers? Poker perhaps?

First thing, get the hell away from the Sunny Group. CM has posted warnings about them, and they've also been rogued here, as of a while ago. As to poker, I've only been playing a year so I can't really help you. But there are lots of poker players here who I'm sure can point you in the right direction.

I would suggest joinig one of the poker rooms and playing in free mode,
thats how I learned to play the table games.
