Rusty, I thought your bug report was interesting, so took a look at the imperial casino software. As you all know, it uses independent Grand Virtual software.
Did you take screen shots of the "bug"?

I tried it in fun mode and triggered the bonus round with 3 red 7's.
As you said there are 28 tiles, but it did give me 8 picks. I picked 4 and still had 4 to go.
I do notice what you mean, the corresponding red lights on the right panel are incorrectly shown.

In the last shot you see 8 tiles chosen (green), then the rest uncover automatically to signal the end of the bonus round. Would the software allow 8 picks offline but limit to 4 picks online?
    Hmmm

    Thanks Jerrylee for that.
They have contacted me explaining that they are running software checks to see if they can recreate the "bug"
It is exactly the same software in fun mode so that should not make a difference.
I do'nt know how irregular the "only 4 picks" anomally is but as you can imagine there are a lot of variables involved so it may be a rare occurence.
Does it always light up the wrong symbols?
If so it would seem these bugs may be unrelated.
I tried to take screenshots but my pc wont have it alt+printsreen right?
This in an edit>I have just tried it in fun mode and I got the full 8 picks although the symbols are still all mixed up.This is a little surprising as it means that this bug is constant and has remained uncorrected since I advised Imperial Casino there was a problem.
However I will wait until they contact me again and see what they have to say before making any judgement. I just hope they do'nt try to pretend that the issue of only 4 picks does not exist or say that the bug can not be recreated as it can only be a software problem.

    UPDATE

    Hi,
I have heard back from Imperial customer support and they have credited my bonus account for apparently reporting this bug to them.
I am happy with that and in general with their customer support but I am slightly worried that they have not acknowledged that I only recieved 4 picks instead of 8.
They also concluded that the graphical misrepresentation of the symbols was a display error but as has been posted this error seems ever-present and appears not to have been corrected yet.
In summary I would say that Imperial Casino is a safe place to wager but would avoid the Lucky Charms slot just in case.
