    oh also didn't get anything from Roxy Palace or Golden Reef

    But I am a very new player at these 2 places, so I wasn't expenting anything, but I do find something strange....Jackpot Factory sent me through snail mail $10 free, it was a cute xmas card. I think I deposited once there maybe a year ago, that's what you call GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    That was the only casino I have been playing at for the last year or so...I've spent a lot of money with them too.

    These casinos would be wise to remember the old adage, "You have to spend money to earn money. " Your VIP members need to coddled Promotions Manager. You are asking for their loyalty. I think they deserve a bit of that from you as well in the form of a nice Christmas bonus!

    They can still make amends for this by crediting you with a bonus on 1 Jan, 2007. Didnt the casino promise 2007 will bring you the good things you deserve. Is it a hint of things to come. Well, I am an optimist.

    That promotion was buy $75 and get $55.....my bonus for months on weekends before Christmas were buy $75 get $75......so on Christmas they offered me LESS money!!!!
