Ya, I'm sure they have not had many other complaints, they probably had thousands!!!!!
IMHO we as players have to wear some fault in why the majority of casinos basically treating players like crap, not to mention their loyal customers badly.
Having been around since the early days, I've witnessed a decline in the following areas:
* Customer services (rude and arrogant)
* Increase in play thru (old days 4x (MG) now 30x)
* Marketing ploys that are misleading
* Appreciation to loyal players all but gone
* Birthdays and so forth ignored
Not to mention an increase in some establishments that feel it's ok to alter T&C's after accepting deposits. Poor excuses for withholding winnings & closing accounts.
IMHO we've said to casino that wish to treat us like this, it's OK, keep bending us over, in fact we'll save you the trouble and bend over for you!
With the dodgy shit some of these places have attempted to pull over the years, have we, as a community ever conducted a boycott? Not that I can remember.
Action is the only way to force change, anything else is just hot air!
Belle Rock's bonuses have been pretty good lately. They had a couple buy 75 get 75 in December. And even buy 75 get 55 is nothing to sneeze at.
My point was.......right before Christmas they offer $20 LESS then they were offering me before.
Also, if you remember (if you took those bonuses buy 75 get 75) they weren't being credited for 12 hours or more. ("They were having technical problems" all through the month of December, how convienent) When before their bonuses were always credited within 2 hours.
