Cool Attention Casino Managers - Want our Casino Action Make us an Offer!

As you can see from my post here:
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...u-play-15.html

I'm less than impressed with not receiving a Christmas bonus from Fortune Lounge for the 39K total I've dropped since April 2006. My yearly bankroll is around the $60K+ mark.

You'll also see that another VIP of Fortune Lounge RobWin is also feeling pretty upset about not receiving a Christmas bonus from FL either. His yearly bankroll is also around the $60K+ mark.

Hence, we've decided to post this thread and let it be known we are accepting offers from casino manager that would sincerely appreciate our business.

I think it would be fair to all if you want our action that you contact us separately via PM and tell us why we should consider switching to your casino.

Personally I'm only interest in offers from Microgaming casinos.

Robwin I'm not sure what casino platform he'd consider, but I'm sure he will post to this thread and inform you.

    Cheers

    Trezz

This thread is for you Wim and the other upper management over at the Fortune Lounge Casinos that chose to forget about Trezz and RobWin this year at Christmas.

Shame on you guys for .........FORGETTING ABOUT TWO OF YOUR MOST LOYAL VIP PLAYERS AT CHRISTMAS TIME.......SHAME ON YOU !!

We are both now officially taking offers and bids from Mircogaming Casinos that would like to have our future business of combined playthru in the range of several million dollars.

    Make us your best offer.

By the way,,, for those skeptics,,,Trezz and I did not know each other previously until we found out that we were both VIP Players at Fortune Lounge Casinos and that we neither one received JACK SHIT for Christmas from The Fortune Lounge group.

Well, I played a tad at Fortune lounge for some time and used to get bonus's on a rare occasion. Last Christmas I got something but not this year. So I wrote them a nice little email and asked why no card, no thank you, no special offer, nothing ! And this is what I got back.

I can understand that you feeling frustrated at the moment however the
Fortune Lounge Group of casinos have sign up offers on the casinos and
poker rooms; the terms and conditions are agreed to when registering any
    account.

The Fortune Lounge Group of casinos is not obligated to credit any
amount of money no matter how trivial outside of the offers which ALL
players agreed to when registering their accounts.

If there is anything else I can assist you with, please don't hesitate
    to contact us.

    Kind Regards,
    Sean

Now then, I, myself do not find it trivial to continue to appreciate your players. Just because we clicked an agreement does not mean they can not do something nice on this special occasion, since we are the players that keep them going.

If you ask me, I would say people need to start a boycott against this group because of this BS over xmas gifts, as well as their replies when asked about it. As it's been said before, it's not the issue of a bonus, it's about being respectful towards loyal players.

They seem more interested in collecting a huge customer base that won't stay around instead of retaining their current customers by keeping them happy.

There's plenty of other casinos out there that treat players with much more respect, and reward their loyal customers.

I closed my accounts with this group months ago...not because of bonuses, but because they kept sending me spam. I would unsubscribe from one casino in the group, and they would take me off, BUT they would add me to another list for another casino in the group, and it just kept coming. If you'll notice, there's no way to unsubscribe from all of the lists at once. You have to unsub from each individual one.

If they can't respect my decision to unsubscribe from their spam lists, why should I respect them enough to give them any money?

Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I don't play at Fortune Lounge but if I received this statement in my email I would be putting my bankroll up for bid as well!

It is the word obligated that got me. No you are not obligated to drop a few bucks on your VIP players, but quite honestly I think your PR department might feel it wise to do so. You just lost two players with a combined bankroll of around 120k/yr. I guess they aren't obligated to you either!

Ahhh... I see... but I am not obligated to give them my money, either. Thank you Fortune Lounge for helping me to see the light.

I took exception to their trying to pass off a downgrade in their loyalty program as a wonderful upgrade (as if we're all mindless ninnys) quite some time ago. (I play VP, and they more than doubled the playthrough required per point.) I've only played on occasion ever since. Guess I'll be uninstalling some more casinos. It seems to have become a holiday tradition for me.

I stopped playing at Fortune Lounge when my birthday came and went without as much as a happy birthday email from them. Though I'm not a huge player,8k since January, still it wouldn't take them 30 seconds to send an email that said happy birthday.

I think most online casino are getting pretty pathetic, I spend far less in land based casinos and always get birthday and Christmas offers, meals, comped money, free gifts, rooms etc. not to mention land based casinos actually seem to care if you come and play, seems to me that online casinos could care less if you play or not.

I'm sure this treatment of players by Fortune Lounge is a vision of things yet to come and why I stopped gambling online, they want your money and nothing else.

Why did you guys play at Fortune Lounge in the first place? Did they do something special at one time? Because I never noticed anything special, but I'm not a highroller.
