    Intertops question

I made a deposit and got a 20% bonus.. should have written and asked that it be removed because I'd rather not play with a bonus at a casino that isn't an EZ bonus system, but was itching to play. I doubled my deposit, which for me means, its time to cash out. When I go to cash out tho, it says my Intertops balance is $0.00. Is this because I haven't met wagering requirements yet, or do I need to transfer my winnings back into my sportsbook account before I can make the withdrawl? I wish this casino had live help so I could ask, I am impatient... lol

    Anyone know?

Normally you can cashout directly from the casino without having to do a transfer first. May be a bonus thing? I don't deposit there because it takes so bloody long for cashouts to clear the Reverse period.

Hmmmmmm... wish I had known about the long reverse period before I deposited. Perhaps I should take my own advice and research a little better... credited doesn't always mean I want to drop my $ there. Oh well, as long as I eventually get it, which I'm sure I will, it's all good. I'm assuming as well that I haven't wagered enough yet, but I emailed them to ask if that's the case, and if so how much more do I have to go. When bonuses are included I think I will definitely stick to the EZ bonus casino's. Way easier than the guessing game!

i stopped playing there about a year ago, because payouts took so long time..
have you tried to transfer money to the sportsbook?
I m not sure anymore, but that could be the clue.

Yeah, I just tried and it said I could transfer a max of $150. I have $200 total. Pretty sure that means I haven't met wagering requirements, but if it'll let me transfer $150 and cash that out I will give up the other $50. Still waiting for their response to my email... wonder if they respond on weekends. I don't want to transfer it and lose that $50 only to find out I can't cash in the $150 either. I really wish ALL casino's had live help!

Yup.. you do have to transfer to your sportsbook before withdrawing.. BUT.. and I wish I had researched this before depositing (lesson learned)... you have to wait 14 days from your first deposit before you can withdraw. WTF... I don't get that rule, and I never would have played there had I read it. I'm off to bust out my $200 and remove it from my computer

what about leaving the money for 14 days, withdrawing and THEN uninstall and forget?

Your are absolutely right: itīs a shame- especially for a accredited casino!

Hadn't quite met playthrough requirements anyways. Won at Villento so it all evens out. Will just give them my $ from now on. Really seems odd to me that this casino is accredited with the slow pay issues and the 14 day waiting period. I don't have to wait 14 days to deposit, why should I have to wait 14 days to withdraw? Oh well, they lost a customer, and I'm certain I'm not the first and won't be the last to leave over that stupid rule.

Yeah it's crap. I emailed them about it when I was reviewing them and they said it's standard for the first withdrawal, though I know one or two players found it was quicker.

Shame - if they sorted out their slow payout speeds in general, they'd be up there but as it is they have put themsleves at a disadvantage. Still, for players from NY, NJ and the other 9 States it's Intertops or go RTG. But it seems silly that a casino would spend all that money on an MG licence, loads on luring in players, then piss them off at the first opportunity.

She could be wrong, but the cs at Intertops told me that NJ is not accepted.
