Beggars Belief!
This crap with Nostalgia Beggars Belief, if you wanted this sort of hassle surely you would play at BelleRock
Nostalgia, run by Casino Action, are normally very good, however, one persistent problem seems to be communications passed from CS to Management. This is where things seem to go wrong. There are actually two ways to E-mail Nostalgia, one from within the software, and one using the support address.
While asking for documentation has become standard, there is no excuse for the left hand not knowing what the right is doing, with one part of the organisation thanking the player for the documents, with the other side asking yet again for documents (invariably the department with responsibility for the "switch" to send you the money).
There IS a rep here, listed under "Casino Action" I believe.
It is also cases such as this that are not helped by not having general telephone help. Live chat is the nearest, but it is hard to get anything done quickly by E-mail that requires a dialogue, rather than simple requests.
