Question please, looked around for thread

I hope this isnt a double, Like I said in another post, I am really going through some tough family stuff and just dont have time to look too long on the site for an answer. (im ok, close family member dying)

Anyway.......I decided to get a w/d through Visa instead of having a check sent because it takes so long to get a check and my casino that I play at does not do instadebit or return money through click2pay (they take dep but not w/d's)

Does that take long? And...It's a debit visa, so do I just keep checking my online banking for a deposit? They did approve 3 $50 w/d's in one day. Im still waiting for my other 2 hard copy checks. Im hoping this is faster. My hard check from Superslots came within 3-5 days but that was canada, this is a bit further away (i think) lol

I had a casino try to send me money to my debit card since I had deposited with my debit card. It is now a defunct casino but I had withdrawn over 1k and they were sending $100.00 to my debit card and the rest to Neteller. You know I never did get my $100.00 back. They emailed me and told me they couldn't return the funds to my debit card.

Now I don't know if this means they couldn't or it can't be done. If you are able to set up a Neteller account that is the fastest way to get paid in my opinion. It appears almost all online casinos are happy to send your w/d to Neteller no matter how you deposited.

Don't know if this helps but I might suggest you reverse those w/ds and request a check. If it is coming from out of the country I think perhaps US banking isn't all too happy with that sort of transaction. Then of course Homeland Security might question you receiving funds from a foreign entity. You never know!

Since you're in the USA, casinos can't put withdraws back on your visa card. This actually isn't new; it's been like that for quite awhile..

If you weren't in the USA, they could

Do give Neteller a call. They will reopen your account for you. When I quit gambling in 2001 I had them lock my account so I couldn't play. I have no will power what can I say.

I simply called them and had them reopen it. Do not open another Neteller account or they will warn you. Yes I did that accidentally and got a slap on the wrist. It was like a teacher telling a bad student she didn't follow directions.

If your checking account has changed they will have to remove it and then you input the correct one and go through the verification again. Don't fund your Neteller account that way you pay no fees. Let the casinos pay the fees by using InstaCash.

    Good luck!

    Hi

Ill give them a call tomorrow. It's odd, everyone says that "your bank will usually reject your credit card" but mine always goes through, we'll see what happens. They will email me if there is a problem. They have all of my info, I dont know why they are having such a hard time wiring me the money.

if you call neteller you will find them helpful and they should be able to sort out any aspect of this transaction thats at their end. If the money has not gone into neteller i dont see how they (the casinio) cant reverse it.

Keep being nice and polite when you speak to these folks and you will get more help but dont take no or we cant do it for an answer

    Got it!!

    Finally

Got through right away and got things taken care of. The whole problem was they couldnt match up my last numbers of my SSN, (probably because I was remarried) anyway, this will make it so much easier

I emailed the casino that i did 3 $50 w/d's through Visa and told them they can switch it to Neteller if they want.

    Thanks guys
