NBC has projected Kyl as the winner

There was some mention about the internet gambling ban on MSNBC. One of the commentators asked if that had anything to do with someone losing a race. I don't remember what race he was referring to but it was in the NE part of the country. It was passed over with no comment.

It was on Sky here in the UK, live just like when we have an election. I got the impression that the Republicans were losing to the Democrats, is this good or bad for gamblers?

I don't mean directly, but as a form of "punishment" for those who tried to stop it by underhand methods.
