Locked out of my first casino...

I set up an account with Vegas Slot Casino, deposited $100.00 using Neteller then attempted to redeem their 100% bonus through their web site. The link gave me an error page so I called the casino asking them to manually apply the bonus and the additional monies for using Neteller as my depositor.

The rep told me I was locked out as a "high risk" player. He had no explanation for this at all. He said they would refund my deposit in the morning tomorrow and I will receive an email confirming this.

What the hell is going on! Is this my first encounter with the gambling ban? This site doesn't state .

It sure feels bad to be excluded.

It sounds more like they labelled you as a bonus-hustler. But you're not, are you?

Maybe if you had an account with some other in their group. Otherwise, I bet they're smoking dope.

I don't play bonuses. Lately I have been trying out some Microgamming casinos. Normally, I play RTG only. These MGs give their bonuses automatically so I don't know what their problem is. Also, they haven't returned my $100.00 Neteller deposit. I guess I will have to call them again. I would love to find out why they have locked my account before I even got to play.

I called the casino and they referred me to an investigation company. So I called them and was told they were investigating me. I told them to give me my money back if they were unable to tell me what exactly was going on.

Well I guess they wanted to keep me and my money because I went through a few people and got an answer. I used to play online about 4 years ago and stopped. I just restarted playing this September. The person I spoke to said I had had a dispute with Golden Palace Casino and so they flagged me as high risk. While I was on the phone I guess they finished their investigation and I am good with them now.

Honestly I don't remember any dispute with that casino. Maybe they just didn't like being asked questions.

Anyway now they are apologizing to me. Go figure. All too odd for me.

    Not Good

I don't like the sound of that, banning someone because they challenged the decisions of a casino in a completely different group.
Golden Palace are a haven of virtue aren't they, they would NEVER play foul

    Thumbs down VEGAS SLOTS CASINO...

    Addisyn...

I personally would be irritated and annoyed at that type of "welcome" from a casino that you chose to deposit at.

You should withdraw your money immediately... and tell them to close your account... and inform them that you didn't appreciate their treatment of you.

They seem to be reacting like they are doing you a favor allowing you to play there... but the reality is that YOU are doing THEM a favor patronizing their casino.

I hope you got both a sincere apology... and an additional bonus for your stress and time.

    You deserve nothing less!

I told them exactly what you said. I didn't appreciate their treatement of me and if they didn't wish to have my business to return my deposit NOW. Instead they unlocked my account and gave me a bonus. I played the casino and lost my money. Of course they have lost my business permanently.

    that's sick

    You know

I know we are taking a "gamble" so to speak by gambling BUT...you shouldnt have to gamble on which site to play at as well. It's almost like they are treating us like a common criminal lol.....well, if your gonna do something unconventional to make money, dont expect to get help when something goes wrong

It is legal in most places right? I would never play there again, Oh and Addy, did you see my post...they changed the address to play united casino
