BoDog FAX back form
I sent BoDog Casino my faxback form immediately upon cashing out. That was on the 30th of October. Today I received an email (see below). Is this unusual for BoDog Casino? Isn't this a bit slow for BoDog? I have never cashed out with them before. I appreciate the help. I don't have access to a FAX machine.

I answered my own question. When I reviewed my email the initial email requesting the FAX back form came from payouts@bodog.com so I obviously sent my forms to that email address.
Just going through my Sent box I found I followed up with an email on the 31st to ask for verification they had received my forms. I received a reply from security@bodog.com (see below). Quote:
I just called BoDog and they said payouts@bodog.com cannot open attachments to emails since they are in Costa Rica. The representative told me to email my documentation to documentation@bodog.com and my payout would be processed within 24 hours. The call center for BoDog is located in Vancouver, CA. All so confusing.

oops
I hit thanks in err
Yes, when they say faxback/or email scanned, they mean to scan your info, copy and send it. They dont want you to see a "copy" of it. It's kind of hard to explain. I got the same email from click2pay and when I cashed out with bodog, I did the correct thing. I just scanned and faxed via PC,but I did put up a slow pay thread about bodog because it took a while to get my money. They kept sending stupid emails and delayed on purpose. Go look for that thread and youll see. Youll get paid though |
