Cashout times - what do YOU think is acceptable?

    Hiya Gang

    Hope all are well

I would be interested in what everyone considers acceptable in regards to withdrawal times these days.

A Casino Manager (not saying which one at this point) was quite adamant that their 4 business day cashout cycle was "one of the fastest paying casinos using this type of software (RTG)" and that "All of players, including ones who have already deposited more than 50K with us, are very satisfied". This was in response to a query about why my cashout had been pending for a few days.

What is amazing is that this was stated after I sent a list below as an example:

    Casino Extreme RTG - instant
INetBet RTG - less than 24 hours
Shark Casino RTG - less than 24 hours
Bodog RTG - within 6 hours
    VIP.com RTG - within 24 hours
Fortune Lounge Microgaming - 24 hours
Belle Rock Group MG - 24 hours
Spin Palace MG - 24 hours
Casino Action Group MG - 24 hours
    Intercasino - 24 hours

Now I know that I am not a high roller ( I use disposable income only), but I gist I got from the letter was that it didnt really matter what I thought because the high rollers were supposedly happy - and maybe to someone who spends that kind of money, the timeframe doesnt matter - but to someone who just plays with relatively small amounts it does.

Maybe Im just getting picky with all this choice I have online nowadays

    Any thoughts??

I wouldn't gamble there unless they had a good rep and a huge bonus.

i guess there's nothing wrong with 4 days so long as that's stated clearly in their terms and there is no monkey business. i gets very annoying when places make you wait 4 business days and then they inform you that they need a copy of your license and then another 4 days.

Ah any excuse for me to drag this back up to the top

    The Reverse Withdrawal Poll

Funnily enough I had a similar conversation with a casino today who have a 48hr reverse (used to be 12). It's the one thing that really winds me up, so I was stating the case for the defence, but they refuse to budge, believing their players are happy with it. I have shown them the Poll (above) by the way, but obviously the 0% of players who like more than 24 hours are a powerful lobby So we agreed to disagree

Anyway...for me, I only play casinos where I get next day withdrawals or better. Most of the good casinos have a 24hr reverse or less (12 hours is the most I will tolerate), and any more than that is a blatant attempt to try and make you lose it back IMO.

So, the only MG I really play now is 32Red as I have a 1 hour reverse there which no-one else will give me. I am also taken with Virgin and Tote and I play a bit at Intercasino, all of which have zero reverse time

I'd also play at Ladbrokes only I have a UKP account there and I prefer to play in USD (they won't change it for me), but they pay quick to for an MG. I'd probably play Casino Action too, but the $500 "instant cashout" limit for new players is too low for me.

The irony is that a lot of casinos look at Reverse Withdrawal as a means to make sure the player succumbs to playing it back. The reality is, if you treat players well and give them prompt cashouts, they'll come back anyway, and probably bring a friend Bonus abusers aside of course

I can understand why new players may have to wait longer - there are a *lot* of players bent on trying to defraud casinos or use them for less than ethical purposes - but once you're ID'ed and accepted, there should be no excuse for holding onto a player's money.

One last thing: if a casino is truly bothered about protecting problem gamblers, then they will happily reduce the Reverse Withdrawal time at the player's request. Not use it to encourage gamblers to chase their losses.

    Cheers

Whoever this Casino manager is, he or she has obviously been smoking crack or using that crack cream product that is advertised on TV and is trying to their customers into believing that this is ok. This timeframe is total BS.

I will not play where I can not receive my cashout within 12 hours and you should not either....send them a message......

I have a hunch I know which place you are referring to... I was Rather Peeved when they claimed that it was all automated and they could not manually flush it. If that were true, then why can every other Microgaming casino flush withdrawals, but the Royal Pain cannot?

Oops, sorry I didn't clarify - I was taking a guess at the casino that Simmo was referring to.

I've found that, for me, 24 - 36 hours is quite acceptable. 48 hours is an irritation. 3 days or more is unacceptable -- and can trigger a Mousey hissy-fit.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

As in the other thread, I stated if players quit playing at the sites that wish to hold on to YOUR money longer than 24 hours, then they need to "FEEL" how it feels to not have ant traffic...tit for tat I say...Once players quit playing at these places, they will start listening or go broke...just a refresher from way back..

I really don't know why anyone would play at any given casino that would take longer than 24 hours anyway...must like the tortue??

My ideal withdrawal time is 24 hours or less. I know the casinos that take longer are hoping you come back in and reverse your withdrawal and lose it all. I do that all too often when they take longer than 24 hours. To guard against that now I simply uninstall the software until my withdrawal is processed. No more fooling me!
