I agree. They answer pretty quick but, if you have a question about something that you want answered before you deposit, that urge to deposit may evaporate while waiting, thus, they lose.
 One nice thing about them though is their representitive monitors this site constantly and is quick to answer questions ,settle disputes..that is a good sign of an accredited casino.
