RTG Random Jackpot question

Do you need to bet all lines to qualify for the random jackpot?
I just see in the game rules that it pays any denominations bet, but not number of lines.

According to RTG, this is purely random regardless of bet size and lines played, now saying that who the hell really knows.

Remember when someone in here got a cap and his/her feature stopped at $4k? Maybe that is why she/he capped. Maybe your feature spins cant keep going if it hits the random JP amount, maybe the feature spin IS the random JP? You keep getting retriggers until you hit the random amount?

I could be way off base...but why would there be any other reason for their cap?

If the operator of a RTG casino can set the Random Jackpot to payout at a certain level. What's to stop him to set it at a high payout and rake as much cash as possible before paying out? Let's say it's at $30,000 and Random Jackpot shows $12,000. That's not random, Its predetermine to payout at the amount that is set. Oh But it would randomly payout to whomever is playing at that time.

Thats always been my guess how it works . If it is set to set off a certain dollar amount, that would explain why higher betters hit more often, because you move the jackpot up higher at $20 a bet compared to .20 a bet. So in theory any bet can win, but the bigger your bet the better or faster your chance of hitting that number.

Currently VIP Casino has a Random Jackpot in Aztec's Treasure at this writing hovering just over 15k. I have given up on it since I have been playing that game since the RJ was at 14k.

I really do wonder how these things are set up. The manager of the Shark Casino told me they go off between 8 and 9k, but I have won three. One for $1,500, $2700 and $7800. So I don't think there is any rhyme or reason to them going off.

I have gone way over my limit chasing the one at VIP Casino. Someone else will have to win it because I will not put another dime into it. Those are luck and my luck has turned. LOL...

I hear you. I've gone over $2,000 now at various casinos without being able to cash out.
