Casinos Still Taking US Players Listed Here

Right now, I have been depositing and playing at the following casinos still using Neteller:

    Grand Hotel
    49er Casino (withdrawan once)
    English Harbor (withdrawn once)
    Club USA (Club World)
    Casino eXtreme (Favorite) (withdrawn twice)
    This is Vegas

These casinos all are taking US players and I have withdrawan with the last 24 hours from 3 of them and have received my funds already, I am hoping this helps some of my US neighbors!
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!

I'll lay money (sic) that "Grand Hotel" will announce a ban on the 11 States any time now Silcn. Also, English Harbour & Oddson casinos are still up in the air. They are involved in "Leisure & Gaming PLC", who are making (sensible) moves to put their US operations into a privately owned company at the moment, but how long this takes, whether they have to stop meantime I don't know. No official announcement yet, but be aware.

I'm guessing that with Leisure & Gaming (& Sportingbet for that matter who are doing a similar thing), by "sell" they mean a nominal sale to a "Limited" company with certain contractual obligations!

Lightbulb Shall we rally to support those who still suppport our play?

Here's an interesting option with huge potential. Now don't all jump on me because I haven't thought this through...merely brainstorming with like-minded thinkers with our collective hackles up: What if, esp since neteller is still with us, we start funnelling our collective gaming budgets into sites like Casino Extreme and the others noted here? That's where the magnitude of our Voice would be heard. My concern has been that should I make a poor choice of site in which to play at this point, I could either encounter someone less than reputable who either tightens the heck outta the drawstring holding the odds OR I win, they find some lame excuse to not pay me and say "Go complain to your GOVERNMENT, you impotent US loser!" Any casino operator with half a mind (and we've encountered plenty of those, correct? hahhaaha) would see who's buttering their proverbial bread. They'd kick back, crack open a fresh bottle of Courvoisier, ala Tim Meadows, and say I AM KING! PAY MY SUBJECTS! It would be an intensely dramatic and almost instantaneous way to QUANTIFY the impact on the other casinos of just what their inaction has wrought. I'd really like to see some feedback on this one. Shall we start the Conga Line?????

    From Casinomeister News on Friday:

    L&G MANAGEMENT TO BUY COMPANY

Jobs and shutdown costs saved in move

The chief executive of Britain's Leisure & Gaming Plc said on Friday he was leading a management buyout of the group's U.S. operations for $1 ahead of prohibition taking force. Stockdale Investment Ltd, a company set up by chief executive Alistair Assheton, who resigned immediately from his position at L&G, is the vehicle for the sale.

Alistair Assheton commented: "Leisure & Gaming simply could not keep the U.S. business going [as a result of the US legislative action], but it'll be just fine with its Italian business."

"The company saves about $6 million in shutdown costs, and we wanted to protect about 300 jobs in the U.S. operation," he added.

Rival Sportingbet exited the US market in a similar move, selling off its US operations for $1. Sportingbet, which derives almost two thirds of its business from America, announced the sale of Sportsbook.com, its US-facing sports betting and casino business, to Jazette Enterprises, a new offshore vehicle set up with Sportsbook management.

Asked by a reporter on the Dow Jones news service whether 888 Holdings.com might go private, too the CEO John Anderson opined, "I think that's got to be looked at." He said all options are being considered, including opportunities to expand the business in Europe.

Excapsa and its poker interests has gone in a similar direction - it has sold its wholly owned subsidiaries Game Theory Holdings and Excapsa Services to Malta-based Blast Off Limited, a privately owned licensee of the Excapsa network. The consideration is to be spread over a period of five and a half years.

    Dear XXXX,

As a direct consequence of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement

    Royal Dice (Playtech) still accepting...

(if you can get a deposit through). I received this email:

    From: Julie <julie@royaldice.com>
[ Add to Address Book | Block Address | Report as Spam ]
    To: Cynthia Brown <xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.com>
Subject: News regarding US players status.

    Dear Cynthia,

As you know, Congress has passed a Bill which prohibits the acceptance of any payment instrument for the use of internet gambling. As a result, our payment processor has, with immediate effect, ceased to process any payments for US residents. This may have resulted in your being unable to make any deposit with us and if so, we apologize for any inconvenience.

We are exploring other avenues to ensure that you can continue to play in our casino on an uninterrupted basis.

We will communicate with you again shortly.

    Kind Regards
    Julie

Gaming Club is maintaining the usual MG 39 states. I understand that Golden Palace committed to at least this month. I expect that it will eventually block out US players.

Id like a little of that Courvoisier... I do worry about the ones that might screw you and then say "go complain to your government you impotent US loser." ..Ive got a feeling the small amount of Casinos still serving US players will be feeling the welcome impact of all of us depositing and maybe the others will regret what they have done, but hey..its not like the US is the god king of gambling, there is a World out there with itchy fingers just waiting to deposit next weeks fun money......
    Bad girl! No No!
