As far as I know, Playtech is the only one that has live dealers. Are there any others? The Playtech casinos i usually play at already contacted me telling me that they longer accept USA players and those were Playgate, Bet365, USA casino Club Dice.

Microgaming are introducing Live Dealer technology at the moment. The first of 4 games should already be live (I think I saw it at 32Red) within the MG casino software in the Game Lobby (under "Live Dealer"). Ladbrokes also offer it but 32Red take US players where Ladbrokes don't.

Dr. Ho (DrHo888.com or something) were offering live dealers when I played (about a year ago).

Live play is so slow.... I think they have a dealer dealing and a chat operator working at the same time - the chat operator needs to keep saying "Hi James 435 ! Welcome back !" and responding to "Wooow Katy u louk niiiiice today, deal me a blakjck, no, for evereyone !!!"
