Lastly as far as Citadel goes, we anticipated a lot of wins from this affiliate promotion and earmarked those funds in our Citadel account. At this time our funds in Neteller are to pay the current depositers, and we can not transfer the Citadel funds to the Neteller account to pay the European Winners. As soon as the promotion is over I will be able to pay the Europen players through Neteller, but it will be a few weeks, instead of a few days for players we will pay through Citadel.
If the terms were clear, were they complete. I don't think there is an argument about the fact that payment would be by Citadel, but the fact is Citadel is US only, and it needed to be made clear either:-

    1) Only US players could participate as only they could be paid (Citadel Check).

    2) Non-US players were welcome, but they would be paid later through Neteller (an estimated timescale would be needed to ensure players did not feel cheated through their own expectations of a timescale).

    3) Any hint of European players not getting paid by Neteller when said funds become available should earn demerits.

thanks for the answers...its a moot point for me now as i hit an awful 15 hand run on BJ where i won one hand and lost 13 to a mix of dealer blackjacks (4!!) and multiple card 20's/21's and a bunch of busts (drawing on 13/14/15 against a face/10/8 or 9)...which left me so far into the 200 that i wasnt going to stand a chance of coming back above the threshold so i blew the last $25 on an all or nothing which swallowed the last of it. casino now uninstalled and moving on.

oh well you win some you lose some
