On the subject of banning US players from accessing CM, I tried to login to CM from the Air Newzealand lounge at LA airport 2 ays ago and it was blocked. I was annoyed enough to ask the receptionist why? and she said that all gaming related sites are automatically blocked by their net provider

Some ISPs actually do block various websites as a feature of their service, such as blocking pornographic sites.......such as Congressional hearings.
