Will we (americans) get our money?

Even if we are not allowed to deposit at online casinos anymore, will we still be able to receive money from them? Let's say an offshore casino offers me a no deposit bonus (even though I'm pretty sure I've gotten them all by now ) and I win money, is there anything in this "law" that says we can't accept money from online casinos or companies like Neteller, or is it just that we can't deposit? I'm confused about this and am just hoping that the $3000 that is supposedly on the way to my bank account from Click2Pay will be there tomorrow or Tuesday. I did an EFT withdrawal on Wednesday and it's not there yet...

also I have $80 in comp money coming from colosseum casino (i wagered $81,000 in that run i had last week) and I am hoping I will still be able to cash out if I meet wagering requirements.

Money

There will most likely be a time lag before the flow dries up. Neteller will not want to alienate customers if it can help it, and there will be no dispute as to who the funds belong to. If banks refuse transfers directly from Neteller, they will find another way.
There is still 2 weeks before this most likely gets signed into law, and this should allow time to extract any large amounts of money from Neteller, however refunding Neteller has probably become more difficult.
If money is already in Neteller, it is probably worth looking at getting the Neteller ATM card as a backup means of getting at the money. This card works internationally, so even if US ATM machines are set to reject it, there are other countries nearby - worth the cost of the trip if enough money is there (as long as not too much is brought back at a time).
If the measure only targets the transfer of funds to the offshore sites, money already offshore will be unaffected, and US players who are winning will have little problem if the casinos are still prepared to accept the business.
The risk to executives comes from being on American soil. If they can avoid this, they should be OK.
US players should be extra vigilant though, as many casinos that still market to the US will be likely to be a little bit shady.

good call on the atm card
I can see myself driving around canada looking stopping at every bank and withdrawing the max the machine allows, and then heading to the next one.

LOL. Is gambling online legal in Canada?

Maybe they'll organize excursions up there for Americans to play online, or at least withdraw their money.

YUP,
I dont think it will be banned in Canada, for one thing all winnings from Casinos, lotteries, bingo etc are non taxable, so the government doesnt feel it is not getting its fair shake, and then they would have to deal with the Indians (Kanawahke).

LOL! I was actually thinking, maybe I'll have to go to another country to get my winnings. I live 20 minutes from Mexico.. hmmm.

I don't use my bank for transactions, mostly I use Payspark and prepaid debit cards. I deliberately have stayed away from bank/Neteller transactions for privacy reasons. Hopefully, this method will keep working.

You said a mouthful there!! It would be revolution, and I'm not kidding.

Maybe I should start a bed and breakfast, with in-room computers preloaded with the most popular online casinos/poker rooms? Offer weekend gambling junkets?
