So you could have withdrawn $1400 then they'd take the sticky off. But you chose to keep playing. If you had surpassed $4000 you would only get $4000.

I chose to withdraw the ~$1400 (~$1000 after sticky bonus is removed). This withdrawl is still pending after a week. If I had chosen to keep playing and hit a jackpot, winning tens of thousands, I would only get to keep $4000.

Shark paid me the full $1000+ today, less than 24 hours after I returned the "fax back" form. Fortunately I called them and found out about the missing documents less than 30 days after my first failed withdrawl (it was nearly 30 days), as the T&C states:

"Before any payout can be processed you need to send a legible photocopy of a valid ID, a completed fax back form and a copy of a utility bill with your name on it . You will have 30 days after you requested a withdrawal to send us these documents, otherwise your withdrawal will be denied and credited back to your account. In case we did have not receive the documents within 30 days after the denial of the withdrawal took process, winnings will become null and void."
