Question Have you tried "Lotto Madness" yet?

    ***

    Hello fellow forum members!

I stumbled across this little gem of a slot. It's a 5-reel 20-line PROGRESSIVE slot titled "LOTTO MADNESS". I haven't heard nor read diddly squat about this game, but to me at least, I was immediately impressed about many things (potentially) it has to offer.

    Here's the paytable...

And here's a screenshot of the game. It's one of those games that it keeps giving you little wins to keep you in the game, which is "potentially" great because with that PROGRESSIVE jackpot lurking in the background, amongst a host of other goodies, there's a chance to win big.

    Here's the bonus round...

    And the result...

    The GOOD'n BAD

    + FREE SPINS bonus round

+ Potential to win the PROGRESSIVE jackpot

+ Bonus round has an upside of 10 multiplier x 20 FREE SPINS (eg. below)

+ Always lots of small and big wins to keep the game going

    - In order to trigger the bonus round, you need the bonus symbols on reels 1 and 5

    - It's a PlayTech game, so that will inevitably scare off a lot of people.

These were the results after a 5 multiplier x 20 FREE SPINS session on a .40 cent bet.

I like the new series of slots that PlayTech has released this year, and this is easily the best one in my humble opinion.

I'd love to hear some feedback in regards to whether or not anyone has ever tried this game.

    Thank you for your time.

I had a play on this last week, but as you rightly point out JS, its one of those that seems to give you "a little often" and I tend to prefer the slots that give me " a lot occassionally" It suits my cashout strategy better - these "little a lot" slots I never win a session on - plus they bore me When I get $100 down, I think how the hell am I going to get that back" as the wins that are that big are soooo hard to get! With things like ISIS etc I can go $500 and still stand a reasonable chance of picking up a $1000 win or something. ISIS (etc) can decimate your bankroll but then give you a major upper, these just gradually wear you down

It's a "risk" thing. Like bungee jumping for the quick adrenaline rush. You spend hors going "wtf am i doing?!" followed by a few seconds of "OMG that is so worth it!" (or "OMG - never again")!! "He who dares, Rodney, he who dares..."

I had a play on this last week, but as you rightly point out JS, its one of those that seems to give you "a little often" and I tend to prefer the slots that give me " a lot occassionally"

Those are similar reasons as to why I like games like Tomb Raider and Aztec Treasure as much as I do. But... making this game a major PROGRESSIVE & video slot is a monster plus as far as I'm concerned.

I often wonder why my favorites give me such a rush, because it pretty much all boils down to the FREE SPINS session. The dream of lining-up 5 Wilds, getting 5 scatters, retriggering FREE SPIN mode, constantly getting more Totem heads, watching the credit pile-up, and hearing the sounds of big hits... triggers something in me that immediately places that at the top of the slot heap. I still like this new game though.

The screenshots above were taken from practice mode, but twice I made it quite high off of two seperate deposits of $20. The key (obviously) is to get lucky with activating the FREE SPIN mode, because 10 multiplier x 20 FREE SPINS has tons of potential for a high reward.

    cont...

    Well put.

    Appreciated feedback!

yes fair point - I had overlooked it was Playtech and their 20 FS at 10x max is very good - the best in fac. It's based on "A Night Out", their other similar slot. Slightly prefer "Desert Treasure" myself with 10 FS at 3x.

I didn't play this slot, but I did actually load up a new Playtech last week (hadn't done any PT casinos in quite a while). It was a great change of pace from the MG and RTG offerings, and my luck turned for the better playing their slots, vp, and the progresive bj. Unfortunately cashouts take 5 days, so I am out of commission there till the end of the week. I'll check this one out next time.

I have played Lotto Madness many times since its release and although I love it it definately has its downfalls.

I have gone three hours of spinning without the free spins more than once. I also have won pretty substantial amounts. Not cashed out but hit them at least. My first decent hit was $2 a push and got the spins. 20 spins x 10. I got five scatters and it paid $1000.

I also got 20x10 on $4 a push a couple days later and got about $800. I put it to $8 a push and three spins later I got 20 x 10 again. I got 5 men and 5 sixes during those spins and was up to $3500 off a $25 deposit.

I have lost alot more than I have won though which is why I hate the fact I love the game so much lol.

From my own experience, I have it at about 220; although the 1/150 probably is about right.

I have gone three hours of spinning without the free spins more than once. I also have won pretty substantial amounts. Not cashed out but hit them at least. My first decent hit was $2 a push and got the spins. 20 spins x 10. I got five scatters and it paid $1000.

I've had similar experiences in gameplay, namely with it going for 2-3 hours without hitting the "FREE SPINS" feature. I've probably nailed the 20 x 10 about 5 times now, and each time that has happened, it'll mark the end of a great run. Surprisingly though, whenever I have gone 2-3 hours without hitting the feature, as long as my bets were relatively low, I'm almost always around the mark I started-out at (after the last "FREE SPIN" session had ended).

I've pretty much played this game for about an hour on average per day (sometimes for much MUCH more), and probably the absolute greatest thing about this game (at least to me) is that I can hang-around forever until a feature hits. Even when it's cold, it's never been a sharp decline, and I've never felt as though I wasn't getting good enough opportunities to cash-out along the way.

There's nothing more gratifying than to make a $50 deposit, and turn it into $1,000. I've even turned a few $20 deposits into a few hundred dollars several times.

I usually play this game slowly, gradually increasing my bets. Let's say I start out with a $50 deposit, I'll start off with .20 cent bets. If I'm up to $55.00, I'll increase the bet to $60. As long as I'm hovering around that mark ($5 up or down from that point), I'll keep increasing the bet as long as it's at least 100 X my balance (eg. .80 cent spins w/balance at $80.00).

Once I get to the $200 mark (at $2.00 per spin), I'll generally be satisfied with hanging around for that one big feature and cash-out soon after. If I drop back down to the $100 mark, I cash-out. It works the same, if I were at $500, it gets cold, and I'll cash-out at $400.

Another point I wanted to bring-up - which I mentioned in the "Winner Screenshots" thread - was that this is probably the best game for high-rollers AND low-rollers. There's not a game out there that I'd rather play if I only had a few bucks remaining in my account. "Thunderstruck", "Ladies Night", and "Spring Break" have traditionally kept me going whenever the stakes are low, but I seem to have a knack for digging-my-way out of a hole with this game (though "Desert Treasure" is pretty darn good as well).

On the flip-side, I've gone the other route, and totally blitzkrieg'd my way up by consistently increasing my bets at a ferocious rate. If I have a $100 in my account (fresh session), I'll start off at $1, and increase it to $2 after 10 spins. I'll go to $3, $4, $5, until I reach the $10 per spin mark, as long as I'm hovering around the $100 starting point. If I'm up over the $300 mark, I'll increase $2/$4/$6/$8/$10/$12/$14/$16/$18/$20 per spin in 10 spin segments. I must say though, I'll only do this if I won big the night before, AND if the small wins are frequent enough to keep me around until one of the big "FREE SPIN" feature hits.

The graphics aren't the greatest, but the features, the potential MONSTER wins (w/ or w/o the progressive feature), the keeping-you-in-the-game with small wins element, makes for a pretty addictive and exceptionally fun game that's worth playing if you go to a "Bet365" or a "BetFred" casino. It's my favorite slot at the moment.

I looked for a Playtech casino that would accept US players. Wanted to make a small deposit just to try that machine. Are there no Playtech casinos accepting US players? It is really icky to see all the No US Players notations.
