How Long To Wait for Bellerock Payout?

I recently joined Riverbelle and then Gaming Club (checking first with GC CS that it was OK to be a member of both.)

I deposited with debit card, but there was no option for withdrawing by card so I chose Moneybookers, which I set up specifically - so a new MB account.

I requested these withdrawals from RiverB and GC on 5th Sept (my first withdrawals from both) and they are still "work in progress" status at both casinos.

Is this delay normal for Bellerock casinos?
After the first withdrawal, are subsequent withdrawals processed faster?
Anything I can do to speed it along? (e.g send in ID docs)

If I were you banana I would go ahead and send my ID docs and ask them if they needed anything else since it is your first cashout there, cashouts should be faster after your first, they are a safe group......

I am waiting already more than a week for a withdrawal from Gaming Club.
I made the withdrawal through Neteller.

There answer to my mail :

Kindly note when you first request a withdrawal, it will remain in a Reverse Withdrawal state for the initial 24 hours.

This is so that should you wish to reverse some or all of your withdrawal during this time, you may do so with no charges.

Once this initial 24 hour pending period has expired, your withdrawal will be processed and will reflect in your NETeller account within 48 hours.

According to this answer I should already have received my money, but still "work in progress"

I think what happens here is this: firstly it sits in the 24 hr pending queue. Then when it comes out, a "first time" cashout is flagged. This then gets channeled through to accounts who eventually ask you for ID. They would also have to do one or two standard fraud-checks aswell, especially if you used a bonus.

This has happened to me at Casino Kingdom once and you wish if they wanted ID they would just ask for it straight away. Nothing more frustrating...you wait 5 days thinking "well, where is it?", then you get an email asking you for ID, then you wait another 3 days for the money. While I played at Casino Kingdom again after that, it was during that wait that I found 3***d so for me it turned out well

You have to accept that checks need to be done etc etc, but like any business, you have to communicate effectively. Come on BR - you can do it

The Belle Rock banking system is very good but the "card" thing is frustrating. I told a mate recently who was looking for a new casino and poker room to d/l River Belle. He did and phoned me up a week later saying he couldn't withdraw back to his card...how does he get the money? He got really pissed off with me so I sent him 3***d's way aswell and he phoned back to say it's "proper sorted"...lol.

I wish they'd make these things much clearer.

Why they don't place on the cash out (withdrawl) screen extra information required for first time player cash-outs is beyond me

Its a casino starting with a "3" and ending in a "d" but I didn't want to derail the thread

Oh, I already joined that one, but then they never sent me any monthly reload bonuses so I quit.
As you have to wager something like £5000 at for a bonus of £50 (100x wagering) I was not too gutted.
I know some people like it though. Perhaps I missed something.

Nah its probably far from the best for bonus players - just good service, fast payouts
