    General question about RNG

Does all MG casino's have their own RNG or are they connected to only 1 RNG for all MG casino's.
I ask this because I read many times that payout is set by MG and not by the casino itself.

Actually it would not matter for payout%. Any RNG output(number between 0 and 1) is uniform distributed, so it does not matter if they use the same. What you are really asking is the mapping from the RNG result to the game event.

For (true) card games MG can of course not change payout% unless they change paytables(VP, blackjack etc), which they can not do atm. (Cards must be uniform distributed or the software is rigged)

For MG 5-reel slots the fundamental mechanic is that stopping positions on each reel also is also uniformly distributed. So to change payout for the MG 5-reel slots you have to change the reels, which the casinos also can not do.

The 5-reel slot uniform distributed reel positions has only been confirmed to apply for MG, but it could
be the case for other software providers also. I do not know how RTG casinos change payout for 5 reel slot, but I am very interested in knowing it. Then can do it by changing the reels if the software use same
uniform reels mechanics, if not - then there is a non-uniform mapping, which they then can change of course.

Edit: Uniform means all outcomes has same probability, like rolling a dice etc.
