I joined lucky games casino on July 27th and have been playing regularly. Last Thursday I tried to go in and play and I could not get on. The site doesn't open. I called and reached an answer machine and also e-mailed them. I haven't received a reponse from either. I have done this numerous times and have tried to get into the site every day including today Tues the 22nd of August. This a real time gaming casino that is on RTG's wet page. This is not personal. This is the case for everyone. I tried to reload but it will not do that either. I have a considerable balance and thought originally it was some kind of problem they were temporarily having with the site. Now I don't know what is happening? PLease help if possible.

Can't even download the software from them. The setup downloads, but fails to connect.

Have you tried contacting RTG?

PS: Someone want to merge these threads? Same message was posted yesterday.

the casino contacted me finally yesterday 8/23 and said due to the trouble in the us they were forced to close their us accounts and all money in accounts will be sent back to the people. So hopefully a check is on the way. Thanks for the input.

Can you confirm url please? Interestingly, the url luckygamescasino.com seems to route to an Intertops operation, and they traditionally use Microgaming?

I made the same mistake. It's LuckyGames.com

Interestingly enough, they do not have a NO USA pic on their webpage yet.

Nor do they have anything on their website stating they don't allow USA players.

Your search - site:luckygames.com USA - did not match any documents.

Suggestions:

* Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
* Try different keywords.
* Try more general keywords.
* Try fewer keywords.

Same results on searches for states and united.
