    Thumbs down Omni Casino

Call me an idiot (not literally) but I have played for a long time online and deposit a fair amount each month, I recently had an email from Omni Casino offering a please come back bonus, here is the idiot part as I did not read the full T&C's, they have a no zero out rule on there bonuses, is it just me or is this archaic, I dont always play with bonuses but I lost my money and went to make another deposit and found this out, not a good way to bring customers back.

    I agree....especially for a "come back" bonus....

You deposit, you get a bonus. You bust out before you meet the WR, the WR should be null & void. What are they losing? Not a damn thing.
If you hit a bad enough streak, you could be looking at 1000X+ WR over time.....who's going to bother? They're just losing customers this way if you ask me.

Just look at the *good* casinos out there...most of them have a policy in place that if your balance after a bonus is < $1, your WR's start from scratch on the next deposit.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
